Called them over 2 weeks ago and was told to send the owner an email...no response. This "family" company must be spending all their time making commercials saying how great they are rather than getting back to people. Don't waste your time with them, go with a competitor that will actually respond to you like a person that cares should. Would give them zero stars if I could, since all I've got from them is time wasted calling, emailing, and writing a review.

Outstanding service. We went in to look at bar stools and the people were so nice and didn't pressure us. They knew what their inventory was and set realistic expectations for arrival times.
We got home and there was a crack in one of the display stools we bought so I called, they said no problem just swap it out when you come to pick up the one you have on order.

Can't say enough good stuff about my experience. Knowledgeable sales staff extremely helpful and no hard sell. Delivery and set up crew went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and knew all we could about our new toys. Recommend this place highly!

The saleswoman was great. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Good prices and full service. I went with a different brand through no fault of theirs, but if you want an Olhausen table these guys are the place.
