Grundy Library in Bristol or at
Bucks County Community College - Newtown Campus
DO NOT LOOK AT THE ECLIPSE WITHOUT ISO-CERTIFIED GLASSES OR YOU CAN HAVE PERMANENT EYE DAMAGE. Pets should be kept indoors during the eclipse for the same reason (unless they like to wear glasses).
LANSDALEALIVE.COM is in the heart of Montgomery County, 28 miles northwest of Philadelphia. In the earlier twentienth century, its local industries agricultural implement works, a canning factory, foundries, brickyards, a silk mill, and manufacturers of cigars, stoves, shirts, rope, iron drain pipe, and glue. In 1900, 2,754 people lived in Lansdale; in 1910, 3,551; and in 1940, 9,316 people were inhabitants of Lansdale. The population was 16,269 at the time of the 2010 census.
